Yes! Our food is entirely built on plants - including fruits, vegetables, legumes, seeds, pulses, and whole grains. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients in our food.

All of our food is dairy-free and naturally gluten-free. All of our food is dairy-free and naturally gluten-free.
Most of our recipes are also soy-free, but we do have a few items that include miso and tamari (which are made from fermented soy). Recipes that are not soy-free include this information on both the side of the container and on the item's description page.
